So we have something called complimentary colors, which is opposite colors to create contrast
Purple and yellow
Blue and orange
Red and green

But for orange and green, they are not* direct complementary colors but they do serve amazing palletes because there's an art term I forgot sadly, but it's using opposites but one of the color goes down one step

So orange and blue> green (warmer color up one step)
Purple and orange
Etc!!
