what do you think?

#

good or bad idea?

These settings are meant for people with motor skill issues, if they wish to use them on higher difficulties for whatever reason then I don't want to remove that option.

#

If you want to play a certain way, just don't use the options.

hmm okay

weary shadow
#

people with poor motor skills are unlikely to be able to play on high difficulties

#

How can they even play a game where they need a reaction in everything?

#

?

#

People can have lots of different motor skill issues, not every issue means they have to play on a certain difficulty.

#

If it wasn't an accessibility setting, I don't understand why the option would need to be removed from higher difficulty when you can just choose to play how you want.

#

If you don't want to use auto fishing or auto cooking, you don't have to. Or you can if you want, I don't get why it matters. I don't want to remove certain features from the game.

what about the second option?@hollow compass

Would be cool!

ok thanks for the response

imo if you're going for the first method to be applicable, might as well make the good range for the food to be cooked and fishing be tighter than usual, the auto-cook and auto-fish were meant to be for accessibility purposes but by having a stricter range you'll make it a bit harder to pull off cooked food without needing to touch the accessibility features

But it is made by cooking fun, sophistication, risk and realism. The more refined the dish, the less you need to rush, just hitting on time.

errant ether
#

not sure how realism fits by pressing one button and cooking a dish composed of more ingredients than needed

#

and again that doesn't dispute the point i made

#

Food can burn if you hurry

errant ether
#

which isn't being used in game

weary shadow
#

and the more complex the dish, the more caution is needed

errant ether
#

the concept of cooking has just been "press in green", having to complicate it just doesn't seem to be great especially for accessibility
