all of the eldritch essence built up as a result of being born from an eldritch god is in high concentration, as a little kid, she was very evil, she would attack people and keep to herself.
when she was alone, she's technically a normal child, but with other people around she would wanna attack and disembowl them.
As she grew up, her body "made more space" and she grew up alongside the essence, which made the concentration more diluted, her body made more space inside her to contain all that evil and dilute it, until now where she's a very kind, clumsy and loving woman.
