Alright everybody listen up, I've come to make a non-hedgehog-related announcement.

In case none of you are aware, most all of the short songs I've been posting as of late, these "KevinShorts," are actually snippets and variations of a personal theme song that I composed myself.

I have written a fully fleshed out, fifteen-minute rendition of my personal theme song, which features all of my motifs in proper order. Right now, it is waiting in storage, for I intend to post it on my next birthday as a gift for all of you to enjoy.

But I am also currently working on another, similar project, which is a thorough tutorial of my song and all of my motifs--a simplified version that has lyrics to help people learn how to play, sing, or tinker with my song if they so wish.

The big 15-minute orchestra piece is ready, but lying in wait for my next birthday as a big surprise for you all to enjoy. But as for this other tutorial version, I am deciding to fully commit to writing that one too, and its lyrics. As a result of this, I must take a hiatus from making other creations so that I can focus on this one. I may still post now and again, but less frequently than usual, and I hope none of that dismays you.

I would like to thank everyone for being such wonderful friends all this time, and I hope for still more happy days ahead in this, our beloved gallery. The instant that this other big project is complete, I shall post it along with the big orchestra version when my birthday comes.

Carb Balance whole wheat tortilla--drizzle extra virgin olive oil on it generously on both sides, then put it in a glass baking dish

finely mince some raw cloves of fresh garlic, dice some fresh cherry tomatoes, chop some fresh broccoli, add fresh baby spinach, on top of the tortilla. Dice some ham steak, put it on the tortilla. Crack two eggs on top of the tortilla, and grate some mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake in a toaster oven at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, the tortilla is decently crispy, and the eggs are fully cooked. (I forgot what time/temperature I put it in for sorry)

scramble the mixture around and eat with a fork.
