Each area has it's own culture when it comes to families.

Darkwoods; Most people do not settle down in one place and instead choose a nomadic lifestyle. Most "villages" are travelling groups of caravans who follow the way of food and resources. Very big "it takes a village" mentality in regards to raising children. Marriage is common as something to bring people together, not for it's benefits.

Anura: Villages are very sparse, mostly containing large fields to raise a pitiful amount of crops. most people live in poverty, yet have plenty of children to keep the farm going or to offer to Heket and the higher-ups. Marriage is less seen as romantic, rather than a deal made by two families to pool resources.

Anchordeep: Due to Kallamar's somewhat okay skills as a leader, Large cities have been allowed to flourish, though they are obviously rife with corruption. Marriage is encouraged, but not many children are had because it isn't necessary. Anchordeep cities also have a lot of sinful services 😊😊 I am not elaborating

Silk Cradle: A lot of Silk Cradle's population is confined to military bastions, while the poor outside of the walls are left to fend for themselves against thieves and monsters. People are heavily encouraged to join the army instead of settle down and marry, with mating tent programs implemented for people to have children and immediately give them up to military schools to be indoctrinated and raised as soldiers.
