If you select Sacrifice of the Flesh, and then afterwards select the Ascend Follower Ritual after the first sacrifice, the game will softlock when you select a follow to ascend.
This doesn't appear to happen if you do this in the reverse order, or only select the Ascend Follower Ritual alone. Please check the video I posted below to see the bug in action.

Yes, it still happens even after closing the game completely. I did this at least 3 times to make sure.
