Tried upgrading a body pit to a grave that had a follower in it after doing funeral ritual- it didn't update and acted as if the follower was never buried, leaving me with and empty pit. Will update with further testing to see if this happens with followers that haven't been put through the funeral.

devs are aware of this issue and you should get a patch soonish! console patches are a little slow unfortunately
