i mean, i have a hacked switch (it isnt my main) and im 100% certain my acc is flagged in some way, but id also not call customer support if my main switch got banned for the reasons of the other switch

dont they have account and device-wide bans? from memory, ive seen a lot of people use an older switch for hacking purposes and the main gets to do its thing

not really, nintendo will just ban when they feel like it basically. they used to do banwaves for people just using atmosphere all the time, they have also done banwaves on ac players for cheating and they have done false bans too over false reports. i got banned personally in an early banwave just because i had atmosphere running. people will tell you you're always at risk of being banned if you go online with a hacked console, you're not safe (hence why many people don't go online with hacked consoles)
