Its to do with 1) hardware - not sure if android would run the game well enough 2) touch screen - the game is designed for keyboard and controller and would need to be really changed to work touch screen

@mild burrow we are aware of this issue and have submitted a patch with fix to Sony, just waiting for them to approve it. The issue is caused by having your PS4 system language set to languages other than English. Short term fix is to change language to English - sorry about this!

I found another bug: while in the first arena there is heavy slowdown and during round 3 i found myself unable to proceed because it kinda locked itself into thinking there were more enemies. This is on the Switch version (perhaps its already been brought up but thought id throw it out there too)
The slowdown continued after restarting the level. 3rd round of the arena being frozen fixed when i restarted the level
I think it happened the moment i killed the last enemy and got launched into spikes

The hard part about crunching down the time is the way the game is set up

You need certain things (like rubies) which trigger story progression which mean you need to complete every level
which can take up to 10 minutes a piece from world 3 forward
Glitches would be needed to cut some major time down

I just completed the 2nd island and when I was in Port O Potty Mr Rock got a call and said hed be right there. Ive beaten all missions and arenas and have no quest markers other than a badlands arena I cant reach. When I go to Mr Rocks dads house theres a band playing but no dialogue prompts. Ive searched the entire map and theres no dialogue prompts except an occasional new hat for the whale. a while ago i said i could make a custom bot for this server witha a levelling sytem etc. so right now i just need one of the developers to let what i have so far into the server using a certain link (i'll dm because if someone else has it they can invite the bot and obviously it is just for here) and jay said that would be great. also if there is any chance i myself could have permissions for setting up roles or something for the custom levelling system that would also be great.

@rich reef the adventure pals demo was (and still is) the best game I have EVER played in my entire life. I'm (hopefuly) getting the game on steam. The art style is amazing, the demo had hardly any bugs, and the gameplay is AMAZING. (Also I love the DanTDM easter eggs)

IL's are the easiest and quickest to do. Any% takes a little over 3 hours to complete.

I know right now the WR is almost 4 hours but a couple of practice runs I did a couple months ago can bring it down to 3 hours, but that doesn't mean anything since I need video proof and not just my split timer
If there were skips that could skip levels or even an island would be fantastic
but with the way the game is setup it makes it difficult to do so

My totally uneducated guess is the best shot would be to try and get the whale to appear early since it's probably hardcoded to always let you into atlantis

it would have to somehow trigger the event/flag at the end of the Jurassic boss level
since that is what allows one to got to atlantis
Oh I got a little tip for you if you are speedrunning the game
The small potions heal about 80/90% of your health while Large does 100% no matter what level you are. Stock up on only small potions from the forest store (since they are the cheapest ones). It may seem like it takes a few extra seconds to go to but if you can get a lot it will save you from possible deaths which of course saves a lot of time
