I encountered a Bug in Cult of the Lamb. How do I report it?

You can make a bug report in #1027331787115995136. Please read the post guidelines before posting. While we cannot respond to every post, we always read and log the reports.

When will my order from Special Reserve Games ship?

Most Special Reserve orders are pre-orders. Make sure you read your listing carefully, as estimated shipping dates are always listed. If this does not answer your question, please email Support@SpecialReserveGames.com to get a proper answer. Make sure you list your order number so they can best help you.

Can I get the Lamb Plush Effigy DLC on consoles?

No. It is only available on the Steam platform.

How do I get roles and hide/unhide channels?

id:browse and id:customize is what you are looking for. You can enable or disable channels, and give yourself roles in the "Customize" and "Browse channels" tabs.

How do I get roles which aren't in id:customize ?

If a role is not available in id:customize it is likely not easily obtainable. We have many exclusive or otherwise limited roles.

I used to have a role but left the server, I would like it back // I participated in an event but forgot to grab the role. Can I have it?

Once a role becomes unavailable, we do not distribute them anymore. If you forget to grab a role, leave the server, get kicked/banned, the mod team will not grant it for you. The only exceptions are roles which are not limited, such as the Emoji Contributor role. If you for some reason need to leave the server and want to keep your roles when you come back, contact the mod team before you leave.

Can I become a moderator?

Short answer: Probably not.
Long answer: When we need new moderators, we often handpick members from the community. Sometimes we may open staff applications to a wider audience. If you are eligible to fill in a staff applications, you will be notified by the staff team. The best way to maximize your chances of becoming a moderator is to be active in the chat, help members, stay out of trouble and be a positive force on the community.

How do I talk to a Mod or Admin?

There are 3 main ways to contact the staff team.

Create a ticket in #🔔・contact-mods.
Send a DM to one of us!
If someone is breaking the rules and you need immediate help, you can ping the entire mod role by typing @moderator

How do I talk to a dev?

Depending on the situation, I would suggest reaching out to an Admin first. If your inquiry is important it may be elevated to the dev team. If you still insist on contacting the devs directly, you may do so here: https://massivemonster.co/contact

I made a bug report or suggestion. When will it be answered?

We do not respond to every suggestion or bug report. We take not of all of them, and consider them within the team, however we do not always respond. If you have made a suggestion or a bug report in the forum channels, rest easy knowing they will be read and reviewed by the team.

If you are not active enough the past 30 days, you may lose this role automatically and have to start the process of earning it again.

Twitch FAQ

How can I get Twitch Drops?

If we have an active Twitch drop campaign, you can Connect your Twitch Account through this website: https://twitch.cultofthelamb.com/
After that, all you need to do is watch a Cult of the Lamb stream that has the "drops" tag enabled.

I claimed a Twitch Drop, how do I get it in-game?

After claiming a Twitch Drop, you will get the loot in form of a Steam Code sent to the email connected to your Twitch account. Please note that it can take up to 72 hours before the code gets sent.
Drops are only available on the Steam version of the game.

I am a Streamer and changed my username, now the extension does not work.

Some users experience issues with the extension after changing their name. Re-connecting the extension usually fixes it:
Go to Extension Configuration Screen > Click the reward setup link > Set up again

I am a Streamer and am experiencing other issues with the extension.

Sometimes the overlay does not correctly read that Cult of the Lamb is being played if you have recently streamed other categories.
We suggest you try the following: End the Stream > Set the Category to Cult of the Lamb > Start the stream while the Cult of the Lamb category is selected.
If all else fail: Completely disconnect and re-connect the extension.

I am experiencing issues with the Twitch Extension and nothing works. Now what?

If all else fails, please make a bug report in the #1027331787115995136 channel, make sure you add the "Twitch Extension" tab. All bug reports are being actively monitored by the Developer team. While we can't respond to every bug report, we review all of them and do our best to fix the issues.
