the thing is, most mechanics are tied to follower quest
the game introduces dissenters for example by having one give you a quest when your faith reaches zero, which explains it to you and tells you how to deal with them.
if you never accept that quest, no one will dissent
never accept = never talking to them
and on easy difficulty at least you have very very very long time before anyone dies of hunger etc.
so you can actually just play dungeons only after the tutorial

starting weapons are mostly not rng btw, you always get sword > dagger > axe in darkwood, and claws 1st in anura, unless you unlock new weapons/curses, then you will get a newly unlocked one. don't know completely how starting weapons are determined but there definitely is some pattern.

We need to visit sozo at least 3 times. If we brought 30 mushrooms on the first visit we could get 2 parts plus the fox there. Then go to the fishing spot and get the fox there for the forth. We could then put off any fishing till we have ocean’s bounty

but honestly i think if it is faster it's not gonna be much
because you're gonna have to beat silk cradle 1 and 2 without golden fleece
which takes really long

quite frankly, i think the normal route going for fleece after anura 3 is the fastest
i don't think you can make up the time you lose on mida's cave and fleeceless silk cradle 1&2

That requires beating up to Anura 3 fleeceless, and dying mid Darkwood 4.
It's undoubtedly slower than just doing silk cradle 1+2 and then sacking 4 to midas for fleece.

after DW3, glitch to midas' cave and sacrifice one, and feed a fish to the fox (it should be night time, you get a fish from food shops during dungeon runs)
then after leshy, go to pilgrims passage and fish for 2 pieces
maybe a little rng heavy but it should work on paper
