Hey so I'm a new player on the 30k stage and I'm going to unlock Necrobears in 2 days
I have about 30k diamonds saved and I've watched guides that say save all diamonsd for necro's but I've also seen opinions of the sort that you have to first craft some mandatory sets and therefore buy 4.8k chests
What do I spend my diamonds on? Thanks

Necrobear typically is a better use of diamonds. If you don't really care about raids, it is more justifiable to spend on 2x shard promo titan chests, or wait to unlock gemstones

Are Necrobears worth so early in the game? Especially if you don't have some sets like the ones that give "per day damage".

Wdym wait to unlock gemstones, they're unlocking after 32d, if i have them both unlocked is it better to spend on gemstones instead of necros?

The nice thing about the Necrobear is that it has nodes that give you more titan souls, which means that it helps compound on itself the more you invest into it. It also gives very meaningful raid damage bonuses, which can help you complete higher raids to earn more card rewards and raid XP as well. And it's also one of the most efficient uses of diamonds for main game damage.
There are still many great equipment sets to focus on, but the main ones are really Treasure Hunter to help you complete all other sets, Celestial Enchanter that's the most efficient set in the game, and The Great Traveler sometime before or when you enter Transcendence. The other sets are strong, but you will also naturally complete them over time through random equipment drops and your crafting shards
