Perks Exchange

Perks haven’t been touched in a very long time. Would be nice to exchange or trade-in 2 Perks for 1 Perk that we use more of (to keep it balanced). I know a lot of us don’t use specific perks as much compared to some others. Also would be cool to see new perks added to the game. This was brought up last year but felt like mentioning it again. Anyone else feel the same?

At least for my own personal preference, I'd personally want perk tokens that can be used to purchase any perk, and then all owned perks could be converted into perk tokens. This way you can use your perks on what you want, and any new perks could then be purchased with perk tokens
