I am "雨梦轻扬", the world's second-ranked player. I don't even know what kind of game I'm playing. My friend doesn't know what mistake he made, but his account has been banned, and it's already been over 30 days with not even a single response. I think I should stop spending money here. What's the point of funding people who can't even handle things properly?

While I can't give the full context due to user privacy, I can speak in more general statements about how we handle banned players.
When a player contacts GameHive support requesting an unban, their account is reviewed by support and they are unbanned if no signs of cheating are found on the account. We will disclose any specifics about how or why the account was banned initially, as it could potentially help cheaters attempt to bypass the anticheat in the future.
Lastly, GameHive support will tackle tickets from oldest to newest, and can stop responding to a ticket if the matter has been fully resolved. So we cannot expedite tickets above other users, as that would be unfair to the other users who submitted their tickets before. The support wait times have been a bit longer than normal due to the recent update's issues, which can explain why some tickets can take more than a couple business days for a response.
I would just like to know what kind of compensation a player can receive if they are banned by mistake. For example, what happens if they miss the event’s top 10% reward during the ban period?
It can depend on the period of the ban and what rewards would have been missed. But generally GH support can ensure that any missing rewards are properly received
