It has been a while that I have been wondering if it was intentional (a memory saving feature?) or an overlooked cosmetic bug that when we look at our abyss profiles (from the main account, can't recall if it's the same case within abyss), that the costumes shown are the basic sets regardless of our actual wardrobe choices.

Your abyss profile will display your abyss equipment, not your main game. The abyssal is essentially set up as a new account, so when you view your abyss account, you are viewing the equipment your abyss account is using, not your main game account transmogs
So not really a memory saving feature, as much as just the fact that you’re basically looking at a second account

When looking at the profiles (everyone's, not just mine), from within abyss, the abyss wardrobe shows up properly. However, viewing it from the main account, the profiles (everyone's) show up as the basic swordsman set.

Ah, I see. Well, on my end at least, I can only see my currently equipment. Everyone else, in and outside of the AT, shows up as default.
Pretty small, unimportant thing imo, and pretty pointless for them to focus on, considering you can’t or even have a reason to transmog in AT. I’d rather them focus their time and efforts towards meaningful changes.
