Sneak Bug?

here i upload 2 screenshots, i took these screenshots just after i got sneak notification (sneak reached max stage notification). Can you please investigate this, why i havent reach max stages when i got the notification? thankyou

oh and i also claim the bonus stage from VIP perk, and still havent reach the max stages, thankyou

Thank you for the report! Silent March will not trigger if your game crashes or is otherwise forcefully closed and is thus treated like a crash. I'd recommend looking into your device's memory management settings, as those can sometimes help keep Tap Titans 2 in memory so it can gracefully close.

If you can send me your player ID though, this would help us in our investigations on our end 👍

thankyou for the information, i never close the app on the memory, thats mgiht be the issue? idk, will try to recreate the this case again and will report here

I just got the notif

It didnt reach 270.14k

the notif was on time 20min ish, from i close the app, but it didnt reach the sneak max stages, not even with VIP collect

@round tendon sorry for the false report, i think i found the problem, just bought new phone and sneak apparently it works just fine

All good. Most often these issues are device specific. We're trying to resolve things on our end too, but there's only so much we can do if it's the device improperly handling the game itself 😦
