Hey, everyone.
I'm pushing through the pets. How excited I was when version 6.8.0 introduced a new set that boosts pet damage every day.
I bought myself a season pass and a Buntron-XT-7 Legendary Set without a second thought. What was my surprise that this set does not work for me, although it is active.

In update 6.8.1, there was a correction to the description:
"General Changes.

  • The description of the Buntron-XT-7 set will now indicate how many days have passed since its creation".

But I didn't see any changes after this update either.

I reached out to gamehive support via helpshift. I got a reply from "Marc" and after a while he just stopped replying...

I tested this set in abyssal. It worked perfectly there.

Today I got a piece from the Gloomhoard Devourer legendary equipment set, then I bought the whole set for 2800 diamonds. The set activated, all bonuses are given as they should be. Next to the set there is a counter for the number of days since the set activation, which is not the case for my problematic set "Buntron-XT-7"

GAMEHIVE, what's the joke? I spent real money on nothing????
Who will compensate for moral damage, time spent?
In fact, I think it's a BUG. There is a reward for finding bugs. Think about it...

By looking carefully, your sets DID activate. It is just day 1.

It takes a total of 114 days for these sets to reach the maximum bonus.

I assume that if I scraft the set it will start working fine, but then what did I give so much money for?

That’s odd mate, no idea why it’s doing that? Is the equipment for that set in your inventory?

The problem is not with the shards, but with the number of days counter. Surely no one will compensate him🙃
