Ask him to look at “max inactive tournament stage” in his stats. He cannot progress beyond that stage offline, especially if he just joined.

His build is copied from the compendium, for 6.4 CS fairy. Legit the same as mine, despite having less SP and I have no issue. He cannot push past 122kish despite his MS being 124.7k. Outside of tourneys he can offline push back to his offline MS and be relatively fine, but he cannot push past 122 during tournaments.
