You did most of those prestiges prior to stage rush / relic boosters being added to the game.

Relic Boosters is x5 or x6 (if you have the set) on prestiges done @ 97.5%? Of your MS after the feature was added to the game.

The majority of your prestiges done on that account were done before it was a feature or before you hit the appropriate stage requirement.
