I got a legendary weapon that do 20k all hero damage and idk if i should equip this weapon or stay with my sword who deals 1k34 all damage.

Not true. All damage, crit damage, and all hero damage have the same damage multiplier for CS. So you should pick whichever is higher.

I mean that if you're using a build that isnt CS, you shouldnt have an All Hero damage sword
