İ tried to watch videos for the daily chests but it wont let me collect it after İ watch the whole video. Just 1 or 2 ads are allowing it to collect. İ click on collect and nothing happens. Restarting the app wont solve the problem.

Thank you for the report! Can you send me your player ID/support code to help us investigate?

Sometimes resetting your advertising ID for your device can help with ad issues. On Android, it's normally something like Settings -> Google -> Ads -> Reset Ad ID. On iOS, it's normally something like Settings -> Privacy -> Reset Ad ID

Clearing your app cache can also occasionally help. If you have a corrupted advertisement video downloaded, the game may fail to play ads.

I’m also having the same issue. The ads play but I can’t close them. Tried resetting but still no success
