Can you double check to see if the VIP video chests are working as intended? I feel like I get less equipment and rewards as usual when I collect them all in 1 button compared to collecting them all in 3 tries over 10 minutes.

As far as I know, everything works fine.
I've been listing 2 VIPs and 2 non-VIPs every day for the past 24 days.
In the first few days, the VIPS were clearly at a disadvantage, which then gradually compensated for itself.
It's pretty balanced now

Just to confirm, VIPs receive the same amount of rewards with collecting all three chests at once rather than collecting them individually. You may potentially be comparing this to the previous chests, when the current chests have a higher amount of guaranteed diamonds but marginally less chance for things like equipment. In the 5.26 update, we're updating the video chest rewards to guarantee equipment to help ensure that the chests are full of goodies, so hopefully that feeling goes away with tomorrow's update for you 👍

Rewards balance out over time, while short time there are peeks with super high or super low performance compared to average rewards.
