Its recommended to store BoS outside of tournament and then increase other artifacts during a tournament. Typically if your BoS has 80%+ of lifetime relics outside of tournament, then you are in a good position since you are low MS. That % can vary by who answers your question because no one knows the right answer.

I'd personally recommend closer to 30-40% into Book of Shadows if you're looking for a balance of farming power and pushing power. If you're not looking to progress and just want to grind prestiges, higher percentages can also work well
