Suddenly stopped working yesterday. It worked for 3+ years. But then out of no where, just stops recognizing League and doesn't show live game or overlays in-game.

I tried, reinstalling Blitz, I have tried restarting PC. I have tried the Blitz.Troubleshooter.exe, with no luck. Please help.

Yessir

jolly tangle
#

hmm, ok so it does recognize your League client, which is good

#

can you go into a practice match for me, run around untill the timer hits 1 minute

#

from there on you can just leave the match, and then send feedback through here:

#

after that just write the issue and mention my name, that way i can pinpoint the feedback message and extract the logs from the practice match you played

#

pinged!

#

will check

covert niche
#

Damn, that was fast.

jolly tangle
#

yea

covert niche
#

I just send it

jolly tangle
#

ERR! [2026-1-24 00:08:08] Error: No LCU connection info!```
#

this meanssssssss

#

basically what you said actually

#

it sees your League client, but fails to read the info from it with reason "no connection to the client"

#

i suppose you could try running Blitz as Administrator

#

would you like me to guide you?

covert niche
#

Oh cool. I will just run it as admin. And send a new feedback?

jolly tangle
#

that'd be awesome yeah

covert niche
#

It can be the same game right?

jolly tangle
#

correct

#

oh wait, you mean without leaving the practice match?

covert niche
#

ye

#

I guess not then

jolly tangle
#

hmmm, idk if that will work, but you can try

covert niche
#

Just doing another practice tool. I have to leave before sending feedback correct?

jolly tangle
#

after 1 minute yes

covert niche
#

👍

#

There should be send

jolly tangle
#

checking, thx

#

ok partial progress

#

it did find the game information now, but still couldn't read the game information

#

I'm very curious on why it's not working

covert niche
#

Yeah, me too.

jolly tangle
#

can i send you a test version in a bit that would allow me to get more information? that way i don't have to ask you to reinstall the game which normally would be the next step

covert niche
#

It worked for 3+ years. So very wierd indeed.

#

Yeah sure

jolly tangle
#

awesome thx.

#

gonna have to code it though, so it can take a "few" minutes (i'd guess max 30 mins)

covert niche
#

I respect the work 😄

#

You want the app.log?

jolly tangle
#

that's automatically attached in the feedback

#

which is where i found the no connection to the lcu message hehe

covert niche
#

Alright cool. Just tell me what to do. When you are ready 😄

jolly tangle
#

@covert niche can you download this for me:

covert niche
#

Yes

jolly tangle
#

awesome, after that just run it, let it overwrite your current install (please have your game closed, client open is fine).

after that close Blitz, run as Admin and again, try going into a practice match for me.

#

same rules, 1 minute in, then leave it, then send feedback

covert niche
#

Got it.

jolly tangle
#

ty

#

aaaaah

#

i see the problem!

covert niche
#

Lets goo 😄

jolly tangle
#

i lowkey forgot a command, lemme find it rq

#

ok so, first of all, use the troubleshooter again, and click on the Fix Common Issues

#

so the whole test env gets wiped

#

after that follow this:

Elevated Injector Quick Instructions
Step 1 – Create Folder

Make a new folder named Blitz in %ProgramFiles%
(or C:/Program Files/Blitz)

Step 2 – Open Source Directory:

Go to
%appdata%/Blitz/blitz-deps/<VERSION>

Step 3 – Move Files:

Move both executables into the new Blitz folder
safe_x64_injector_ui.exe
safe_x86_injector_ui.exe

Step 4 – Approve Elevation:

Accept any admin prompts and you are done.

jolly tangle
#

the deps version in your case would be %appdata%/Blitz/blitz-deps/2.1.488

covert niche
#

This looks correct right?

jolly tangle
#

hmm, not really

covert niche
#

i did it wrong?

jolly tangle
#

does %ProgramFiles% take you to C:\Programmer?

covert niche
#

C:\Program Files\Blitz

#

Yeah sorry, it is in Danish

jolly tangle
#

ahhhh ok ok

#

yea no in that case it's fine

covert niche
#

Cool. Now just open blitz with admin, play practice 1 min, leave, then feedback again?

jolly tangle
#

nah i'm quite certain it's fixed now

#

just go for a practice match and try it out

covert niche
#

will try it now

#

Still doesnt seem to function. Old blitz imports are still showing and no live feed on the blitz app

jolly tangle
#

oh whut

covert niche
jolly tangle
#

hmm, well damn

#

i have to send you back to the other build in that case :x

covert niche
#

Oh

#

I just send the feedback. If that helps

jolly tangle
#

oh wait you're still on that build

#

that's good

#

hmm

#

the log is empty

#

it did not record whatever you just did bcaScaredNo

covert niche
#

Oh wow. Sadness

jolly tangle
#

could you send me your app log?

covert niche
jolly tangle
#

maybe it somehow got the old version online whilst it should've been the new one

#

aye there we go

#

info [2026-1-24 01:21:27] check_uiaccess_injector_valid: x64 version not match

#

hmm

covert niche
#

Ye noticed that too

jolly tangle
#

hmmm

#

more people should've had this issue then, i'm confused why it's not working

covert niche
#

Yeah me too.

#

Noticed it not working yesterday.

jolly tangle
#

would you like to do a quick Remote Desktop session?

covert niche
#

I am a programmer myself. I hope I didnt fuck something up.

jolly tangle
#

maybe i can try to look into it in a faster way

covert niche
jolly tangle
#

nah i don't think you did

#

we can do Quick Assist (should be preinstalled on your pc)

covert niche
#

Ye

jolly tangle
#

the code is W24LD5

#

can you snap it down for me

#

xd

#

ty

jolly tangle
#

case closed, eventhough injectors were missing (likely bc of clean reinstall), the issue was related to a race condition!

the app asks for League’s connection details before the League client finishes starting and writing the lockfile, so the response is null and in the logs you'll see “No LCU connection info!” until a later retry succeeds, which in this case was a pc restart.
