Hello @desert oracle, @idle lily has requested you to send your logs

🔧 How to Access Your Logs

First, open the Run dialog by pressing the Windows key + R on your keyboard.

Secondly, type in one of the following paths, depending on which logs you need to access:

đź’Ą Game Crash Log(s)

%appdata%\Blitz\game_crash (last file, if any)

🖥️ GPU Log(s)

%appdata%\Blitz\gpu_logs (last two files)
%appdata%\Blitz (flutter-game-shim-ex or flutter-game-shim-ex.log file)

📱 Application Log

blitz not overlay in cs2

idle lily
# desert oracle tell me what you think thanks

Hey, thanks for those logs!

Looking through the files you sent, I’ve found a few specific things that are likely blocking the in-game overlay from showing up:

  1. RAM Usage: Your logs show your memory usage is hitting 94% to 98% (15.9GB out of 16GB used). Blitz is automatically throttling itself because there isn't enough RAM left to run the overlay smoothly. Try closing background apps (especially Chrome or other overlays) to see if that helps.
  2. Missing Offsets: The blitz-aero-cs2.log shows a constant error: Offset for m_angEyeAngles not found. This means the software is having trouble reading specific parts of the game's memory.
  3. Permissions: The logs show check_uiaccess_injector_valid: not exist. This usually means Windows is blocking Blitz from 'drawing' over the game window.
  4. Display Mode: I see you are playing at 1024x768. If you are using 'Fullscreen' mode, the overlay often fails to appear because of Valve's Trusted Mode.

Can you try these steps?

  • Run as Admin: Close Blitz and Steam completely, then right-click Blitz and select 'Run as Administrator'.
  • Video Settings: Make sure your CS2 is set to 'Fullscreen Windowed' or 'Borderless'. The overlay won't work in 'Normal' Fullscreen for most users.
  • Launch Options: Check your Steam launch options for CS2 and make sure you don't have -insecure or -trusted typed in there.

Regarding the round_change error you saw: that's a known minor bug in the current build where the round stats don't refresh instantly, but it shouldn't stop the overlay window from appearing entirely. Let me know if those steps get the window to show up!

yes i already fixed it before 10 mins
gemini ai told me full screeen not working with your blitz
now if i change to FULLSCREEN WINDOWS your software working

#

you right

#

but fullscreeen windows is have input lag

#

i prefer to play with 100% full screen on cs2

idle lily
#

I understand, but fullscreen CS2 blocks everything that is not Steam or CS2

#

so Blitz would have alot of problems if your game is fullscreen

desert oracle
#

with League of legends your blitz have recommends also

#

i see overlay in cs2 is just about kills and info in game

#

League of legends overlay is very powerful

#

If the information is basic and there are no in-game recommendations, plus it doesn't even work in fullscreen, I think it might be better for me to just rely on the post-game data in the app. For example, your League of Legends overlay is insane—it gives recommendations on builds, how to play, and since the game is slower, it works well. CS2 requires a lot of focus, so maybe it’s better to skip the overlay and just use the stats you provide after the match.

#

ok thank you for help i keep use blitz mostly for league of legends

#

hi what about this error in my account site?

I totally understand the input lag concern, most competitive players prefer True Fullscreen for that reason. Unfortunately, Valve’s 'Trusted Mode' is very strict; it blocks almost all third-party software from drawing on the screen unless the game is in Windowed/Borderless mode.

League has runes, items, and skill paths that have 'best' mathematical options we can recommend. CS2 is a pure tactical shooter; there isn't really a 'build' for us to recommend mid-round other than telling you when to save or buy.

For CS2, the overlay is mainly designed for:

  • Enemy Scouting: Seeing your opponents' ranks and playstyles while the match loads.
  • Economy Tracking: Keeping a closer eye on round history and win/loss streaks.

But if you prefer the 100% Fullscreen performance, using the post-game stats in the app is actually how many of our high-rank players use it. You can focus entirely on the match, and then use Blitz afterward to analyze your utility usage, heatmaps, and aim consistency.

Feel free to hit me up if you need anything else.

Thanks for the explanation, Ku! It makes total sense. I'll stick to using Blitz for League of Legends (which I absolutely love) and rely on the post-game stats for CS2 to keep the performance at 100%.

Regarding the website, I'm facing a persistent issue. I’ve attached screenshots of the errors I'm getting on blitz.gg. Every time I'm logged into my account, I get a 'TypeError: Failed to fetch' and a 'Server error'.

I’ve already tried several different browsers and even used Cloudflare WARP as suggested in some of your guides, but the error persists. It seems to happen specifically when I'm logged into my profile. Could you please take a look at the screenshots and let me know what might be causing this
