This is a 2 part problem.
1: The first issue i emailed about was that the free 30 days was not showing in the app, after i completed my purchase on August 9th. The renewal date was listed as 8 Sept instead of 8 Oct.
2: But this evening, after no problems this afternoon (premium active and kicking all afternoon, my Premium is no longer showing as active.
i've relogged and restarted the app several times.
