so after like a few months i wanted to use blitz to overlay my game and the icon on my desctop is not visible its not showing its actual image so i tried to delete it and reinstall. i tried to delete it but it does not allow me to do so, Can anyone help me please

nono i wasnt even on any game
when i deleted it via the normal windows way there is still the shortcut on my desctop so i tried to delete that after it didnt allow me to do so. Then i was like screw this and downloaded the whole file again but it doesnt let me
it says file open
close it to continue with the installation
