First, open the Run dialog by pressing the Windows key + R on your keyboard.

Secondly, type in one of the following paths, depending on which logs you need to access:

Game Crash Log(s)

%appdata%\Blitz\game_crash (last file, if any)

GPU Log(s)

%appdata%\Blitz\gpu_logs (last two files)

Application Log

%appdata%\Blitz (app or app.log file)

I just played yesterday and none of my games get recorded.

After the new update, I got asked on Steam whether to play Apex (I assume on DX12) or DX11. Couple days ago, I chose DX11 and nothing got recorded and overlay did not appear ingame. Yesterday I chose the other option, and the overlay appeared ingame and my kills got counted but not the games.

This phenomenon probably started happening around the time Apex Season 23 began in December.

the overlay works properly when starting the game. Reinstalling both the game and the Blitz app did not resolve the issue.

We are actively investigating this issue.

There were changes to the Season structure of the game that we are addressing.

Fix incoming within the next week or so.
