Hey, I'm having trouble cancelling my premium subscription. On my app it says I only have one transaction, on September 11th, 2024. My subscription was supposed to be cancelled, but it's still saying I have premium in my Portoflio under Wallet. It also keeps charging me each month on my credit card and I can't remove my PayPal from my account either.

I got an email saying to just click the premium item in my Wallet to cancel. However, it is not clickable at all for me. I sent in a support ticket and still have not received back a new message in a week. I need answers on how to get this figured out, because I'm still getting charged for a product I no longer need.
