app says Server Error please help

so i started using this app last week during that time the app was amazing it worked as advertised however now it shows this and does not load any of my stats and only gives me this lines

any help would be appreciated. Thank you

i already tried it since i dont want to post if its not neccesarry however after i intalled it the app still does not work it still looked like the screenshot i sent previously i even tried reinstalling it and use the troubleshooter for the app and it still did not work. sorry for the inconvinience im causing right now ;-;

First, open the Run dialog by pressing the Windows key + R on your keyboard.

Secondly, type in one of the following paths, depending on which logs you need to access:

Game Crash Log(s)

%appdata%\Blitz\game_crash (last file, if any)

GPU Log(s)

%appdata%\Blitz\gpu_logs (last two files)

Application Log

%appdata%\Blitz (app or app.log file)

Be sure to send all files mentioned above, not just one.
