I'm not able to make my Apex Legends profile detectable. Tried uninstalling via the clean installation guide but still no fixes. Also tried the Install DigiCert root certificate but no fix.

Hello @forest prism, @floral bison has requested you to send your logs
First, open the Run dialog by pressing the Windows key + R on your keyboard.

Secondly, type in one of the following paths, depending on which logs you need to access:

Game Crash Log(s)

%appdata%\Blitz\game_crash (last file, if any)

GPU Log(s)

%appdata%\Blitz\gpu_logs (last two files)

Application Log

%appdata%\Blitz (app or app.log file)

sometimes it's the OS, sometimes it's a missing component in the app, but in this case it's not a simple issue

other than suggesting to reinstall Apex -> Blitz -> Windows
