I have already used that tool and also did clean install separately as well after deleting everything. It still doesn't open. was working fine couple of days ago feelsbadman

after investigating with devs, we've discovered that there were no changes made to the updated for weeks/months, meaning that it suddenly no longer working is because of something else on your system that is either interfering, or simply missing.

try windows update in the background whilst investigating whats going on.

also in %localappdata\programs\Blitz\resources\binaries should contain a program named blitz-update-digicert, please run that and restart your pc afterward.
