For the League part of the blitz app there is a thing where it gives you a build path and runes based on what champion you are playing and it automatically equips that rune setup. You can also adjust the runes after getting in game through the blitz app. I think there should be a way to make your own runes setup for a champion if you prefer to use those over the one blitz recommends and it should equip automatically, but also have a way to go back to the one that blitz recommends.
