Blitz says the app is already running and wants to close it. When this popup comes the install pauses. When i remove the popup it restarts and then the popup reappears.

I have tried running the installation with my firewall and antivirus off, also with league runnning and it off.

Hmm someone else had this issue too.. I tried for ages to fix it Ngl, we had NO luck, he tried to install, said it was running and to close it however there was no instance of blitz in task manager or system tray.. he decided to reset his PC but he hadn’t said anything since

i've seen it happen a few times in the past

the issue was the name of the downloaded file

but it's fine on your end

Download and run this,
you'll be prompted with a Smartscreen popup, press on Read more, then Run anyways
Then press Fix all common issues
that should fix all your issues

i would give you an older download, but the issue on that is that none update past or to .9
