A couple months ago blitz would not launch, and I was not able to fix it. I moved on without the application, however, now the in game item sets are always there and I can't find the item sets in the in-game client, so I have no clue on removing them in game.

To delete your imported item sets in League of Legends, you can follow these steps:
Open File Explorer on your computer and navigate to the League of Legends configuration folder. The default path is "C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Config." If League of Legends is installed on a different drive, modify the drive letter accordingly.
In the "Config" folder, you will find two subfolders: "Champions" and "Global."
Go to the "Champions" folder, where you will see individual folders for each champion.
Find and delete the "mobalytics.json" file from the respective champion folder to remove the item set for that champion.
Additionally, you can delete item sets from the "Global" folder, which should prevent the item set from appearing in the game

There was no mobalytics.json file in the champion folders, but i deleted the item sets from the global folder. If i have any further problems i will reach out again but it should be fixed now. Thanks
