I worked out it’s 1339 collections with 14 farms giving 400k to get 7.5 billion food. If you did 16 in a day that’s ‘only’ 84 days. So it’s very achievable providing you have the gold to keep doing black lotus root.
I used to switch farms back to rainbow snow peas when guardian wasn’t active but I don’t bother any more.
