is it worth it? as in does it 2 break outs cost the same as it would to rank up once

So first rank up is 200 cells and the break out after that is 250 so it increases

It’s worth it, breakouts increases your stats so it’s pretty handy

Legendaries stay the same, there is no breaks out for legendaries. Every time you rank up a legendary it’s 5 lvls extra but on rank 5 it’s 10 lvls extra so it will be lvl 130 max
