Okay that is race. Which you and your team have to do task for example collect 150,000 gold or feed 3.5 million food. The more laps you get the higher rank monster you get so for example. 10 laps will be a rank 0 monster, 20 laps for a Rank 1 monster, 40 laps for a Rank 2 monster, 60 laps for a Rank 3 monster, 85 will be rank 4 and 200 will be Rank 5. The task will get harder by how many laps you do.
