They already did that a year ago, and no he doesn't do that amount because he is "The newest monster", he literally has 2 massive damaging skills, 1 very heavy damage skill that's on 1 cooldown, a triple damage + skill mirror and 2 strong aoes, the tortures are just a bonus on his already insane skillset

And sure Cupid can technically deal more damage to a single monster due to his extra turns, it comes with a cost of getting absolutely walled by anticipation and tortures
