Levelling up fast isn't good, it leads to some things getting more difficult, leading tonyou getting less gems, which are very important in your progress, so it is best to take it slow, you don't necessarily need to stop doing adventure map, but do it as little as possible

It gives a lot of XP, which sends your level through the roof. This makes daily Goals and Timed challenges (ie rune lords) much harder very fast, and if yo ucan't complete those you miss out on a lot of gems quickly
