Okay so the 7h buffer is where you are going to save 7h. Meaning on a normal base term you spend 131 gems. When doing buffer you will spend around 160 something. You save 7 hrs with the buffer. For example I'm doing the normal one because I don't have school so I can stay up and do all my things each 8 hours.
