Basically any control skill is deadly, and most talents need the monster to be hurt to activate, but with control skills, you’re not hurting the monster, PP isn’t designed to attack, he can support and hinder the enemy from attacking, which most talents won’t activate with, If PP had more attacking skills, you would be right, but he doesn’t.
