His days as the best attacker is pretty long gone he still can put in work though in PvP at the right ranking so I wouldn't try to spend resources on getting another attacker I would try to build around him

You are going to want Justin to stay alive because if you have them at a low ranking you can't just throw a bunch of speeds on him or else he won't do much damage so I would try to aim for a tank

It's been awhile since I've played and Adele even though he can be countered he's not a bad tank
