the top bh monsters from conspiracy , are typically secondary supports, Neuroshock, Byronment, Sundaedree. these 3 have damage boosts, and elemental haters that amplifies your attackers

if you dont have anyone, in general, but if you are considering ranking up a BH monster, its the secondary support that should be the priority, mainly because fugitive killers are usually attackers
