did rune crafting get nerfed? im trying to get higher level runes an i saw a video of puttin gthree level 1 runes and 1 high level rune to have a 25% chnace to get a better one and the worst that could happen is getting the same level rune, but now when im doing that i get lower level runes

You can get up to 1.4k from the whole 30 floor caves, but the tickets aren't guaranteed to be on the floors so could also get 0
