They have totally ruined this game...how can they let people keep all those free level.14 mutated runes..some have kept 13 of them....they need to fix it asap otherwise there is no point playing.

Honestly everyone should just quit if they don't confirm that every single player has had them removed.

They will probably just bring out level 15 runes to try and reduce the damage they have done, but that would penalise everyone for their mistake.

I think the reason is because they can't really tell 100% who got them free or not and if any players actually just happened to mutate their rune normally without crashing out and getting it free. They should be able to work it out but seem to have struggled and so they are letting some keep them when the number was supposed to be 5 or under...but people have said they have kept 7 and up to 13.

Just instead of a chest I spent 400 gems on a TERRIBLE monster on accident while getting commons for race

As soon as I bought it I screenshotted it, screenshotted my storage, screenshotted my gem count, and sent a message to support including all of the screenshots, my player id, proof it is my account, and I received my gems back the next day and the monster was removed from my storage.

I came back to ML after 1-2 years and the only big change for me is lineages. which on one hand give you an idea what monster you can get just through breeding but on the other it's getting tricky when your progress is insufficient. like for example I went for the dark lineage, and now I should breed Nebotus and Darkzgul to get some 'better' legendaries like Noctum and Barbatos. but I can't really afford habitats now.
