You have to wait til the Tales Challenge starts. You'll have to go through four or 5 nodes to get a Tales Key. Then you can open up Tales Chests in the shop using those tokens. The more keys you have, the more cells you'll get from each chest.

Lol no worries man. Tales Challenge starts on Thursday. So you can use those tokens as soon as you get your first key. Id wait though to see how many keys you're able to get. The more keys you have the more cells you get from 5 tokens. Like I think 1 key × 5 tokens is 5 cells, 2 keys x 5 tokens is 15 cells, etc up to 5 keys. It usually costs a good bit of gems to get more than one key though.
