In Ancestral situation u need meet conditions like in Maximus. 10 moves of your and enemy monsters must be done to active it

Akira need do attacks with skills that give him fury stacks 5

When u have Hounen in team if any of ur monsters in ur 3 monsters comp do damage boost or hater activation u getting stacks need to get 10 to activate his ultimate

Etc.

When it comes to legendary, mithical monsters it work in diffrent way
