Not directly. But you can get the AI to do what you want with a higher probability. 1) Use ET skills - AI skips these unless it has no other choice
2) Mess around with the turn order and skill order 3) Some skills are prioritized - Hounen seems to always use that evasion skill first no matter what else is there 4) Use adventure map or an AI with anticipation to test what you make
