Legends pass is extremely easy, especially with the p2w pass active. Current is definitely worth, boosts a beginner alot. Just don't rush adventure map past lvl 36

Bounty hunt gets harder, which is the primary way to get gems and ranked mythics. The higher level, the worse lobbies get and so the chance at getting things compared to someone not over levelled is exponentially lower. It makes them take a long time.
